Companies with a proven business model and more than 5 years in the market.

Ticket: US$5 MM- US$30 MM.

EBITDA higher than US$1 MM.

Companies in TEKA’s industries of interest.



Corporate Governance: Incorporate best practices.

Market Positioning: Implement robust sales strategies.

Operations: Implement installed capacity expansion projects.
